Hi All. We recently purchased a property through Gavin. Unlike most agents in this market who in my experience don't want to give you the time of day as the market is so hot, Gavin spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me answering my many questions on the first phone call. Unheard of really. Over the next couple of days, Gavin was there to talk to us, talk us through the process and deal directly with us through the offer and contract process, which can often be a pretty daunting time. Post contract he took great interest in the process, taking us through for the pre settlement inspection, all the way to settlement. Post settlement he took further interest in discussions re finding a tenant. Gavin is very professional, knowledgeable and a nice guy to boot.
