James worked tirelessly to liaise between us and the sellers whilst negotiations took place, he conducted all aspects of the sale / purchase in an ethical manner, and ultimately facilitated the sale of his clients house, so the sellers and purchasers walked away happy. He was always contactable, even out of hours, and always returned call promptly. We asked to be put in touch with the sellers after the contract went unconditional, so we could meet them, which he facilitated, and it turned out to be a great experience for all involved.

As buyers we were very fortunate to deal with Paula and James. Unlike other agents, we were given breathing space to go away and think about our purchase rather than being pushed into making a rushed decision. James was extremely friendly and helpful when I first enquired about the property, and Paula continued this friendly service being very welcoming at our first inspection. She has continued to be attentive and helpful in all our communication. She has a been a great help in talking me through any areas of uncertainty in the buying process and has made me feel comfortable to call her anytime. I love that they don't do open homes and accomodate private inspections. Viewing the property like this was much more relaxed and allowed us the space to have a good look around and time to speak to the agent without rushing or competing with other buyers.
