About Jodi

Being a born and bred local Penguin girl I love our region and the people that live here. Helping people not only sell their homes but to achieve great prices and outcomes is what gives me enormous pride and joy in my real estate career. I have been fortunate during my time in real estate to be trained by and work with some of the very best coaches and negotiators in the business, both locally and interstate. I am also very fortunate to have become part of the Harcourts Ulverstone and Penguin family, a fabulous bunch of people who, put simply, care.

Very professional and a straight forward approach that made the whole process a breeze.

We had actually met Colin when we purchased this place 11 years ago and we'd occasionally see each other as we live in the same town. Again we found Colin's skill and knowledge of real estate in Penguin extremely helpful as it in selling our house. His pointers saved us time and money in not doing things that we thought might help improve the salelability of our property. I've had very ordinary experiences with some other real estate agents in Tasmania in the past, but Colin was head and shoulders above them.

Brilliant operator😃

Jodi from Harcourts was a pleasure to deal with at all times - prompt to answer questions, keen to please and had great advice on procedures to follow when selling a property. Selling our property in 7 days was a bonus we appreciated.
