I found Kurt and assistants all very pleasant to deal with and very professional. The sale of my late parent's house was handled with empathy and great respect shown to me. A sale was achieved very swiftly and I thank them for that. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

We are first home buyers and Raymond was very patient and accommodating to our needs, he took time to explain the contract to us and guided us through every step of the process. He was very prompt in replying to us, which helped a lot for anxious buyers. We're excited to move into our own home and are very grateful to Raymond and the team at Harcourts.

Selling a house is a stressful experience, but I knew I made the right choice when I listed with Kurt Knowles. From the outset, his professionalism stood out and his communication was nothing short of spectacular. Every step of the process was explained clearly, every question was answered promptly, and I always felt informed and supported. Kurt’s approach gave me confidence that things were being handled properly, and the results speak for themselves. He was proactive, honest, and reliable—qualities that are rare enough on their own, let alone all in one person. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process or a better outcome. If you want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and makes the whole experience easier than you’d expect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kurt.

We have used Kurt from Harcourts on two house sales and each one has exceeded the price we wanted. Kurt is friendly, efficient and never in a rush. Kurt explains things in a manner that instantly puts you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble, and so easy to talk to. Would happily use Kurt again for the next sale and highly recommend him if you are playing with the idea of selling/buying.

This is our second time using Raymond and he has made both times very easy, stress free and exceptionally professional. I would have no doubt highly recommending him for all your needs in listing and selling your property. He kept us in the loop at every step along the way and found us the right buyer for our property. Would rate him 10 stars if it was an option.
