I found Darren to be refreshingly engaging and honest. He was a standout to me with his experience and knowledge of the local Real Estate market. But it was his negotiating skills that were most impressive! Most of these young agents have No Idea how to negotiate. Just get a deal done. And I was a difficult Vendor (sorry Darren). We had numerous offers with various conditions and we had already committed, so it was a very stressful time. Darren handled the situation so professionally, gently guiding me whilst he dealt with the buyers. The negotiating process with the successful buyer went on for a week until we reached an agreement. And the final result was a happy buyer and seller. The Art of the Deal! Great job Darren thank you so much Leanne ....

We used Harcourts to both act as agents and then sell our investment property at erina . We found Cherie (managing rentals) and Darren to be honest , highly professional and efficient while being very approachable and quick to respond to any queries we had . ie we were always kept in the loop with any tenant questions and Darren kept us informed along each step of the sale without being a nuisance . Most importantly i found their commission unbeatable . The day we need another real estate agent i’ll be going straight to these guys a little gem in what is reputedly a fairly unscrupulous industry . To the team at Harcourts thankyou very much , it was a pleasure and a stress free experience dealing with you , keep ip the great work .

After consulting multiple agents in the East Gosford area, Darren was the clear stand out from the get go. He was down to earth and realistic in his estimate for our home, and he took the time to understand our investment and the love put into it. He put in an incredible amount of effort running open homes (even during public holidays without question or complaint), helped us make informed choices, and had our house sold within a fortnight - achieving an excellent result for us.
