We've enjoyed a terrific experience with Andrew, which has lasted over 7 years. He sold us our place in 2019 and then helped us build short-term holiday rentals. It has been a very successful investment, even through COVID where he and his team worked hard to secure medium term tenants. This was the second occasion I’ve had Trent sell a property for me. Both occasions the sale happened within a week of going live on market. This most recent sale sold within 3 days only to have buyers pull out during cooling off period forfeiting their initial deposit.
