I couldn’t be happier with Louis and Anastasia and the way they handled the sale of our new home. From the beginning, Louis was incredibly chill, genuine and easy to deal with. He really understood how much we wanted the property and, despite there being another interested party, I felt that he genuinely wanted to help us get across the line. Louis went above and beyond throughout the negotiations. He worked hard to bring both sides together and find an outcome that everyone could be happy with. I genuinely believe his approach and the way he handled the negotiations played a huge part in us securing the property at the price we did. I also want to give a special mention to Anastasia, who was incredibly patient with me throughout the process - particularly when I was constantly chasing her for the Section 32! There were delays getting it through from the vendor, which was understandably frustrating, but Anastasia was always lovely, responsive and patient with me while we waited for everything to come through. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having an agent and team who are approachable, communicative and genuinely invested in getting a good outcome makes such a difference. I feel like in this instance, both the vendor and the buyer walked away happy, which is a great result for everyone involved. Thank you again to Louis and Anastasia for all your help. I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone buying or selling a property.
