Challenge accepted, with an estimated smaller buyer pool noting its investment nature, our recently sold investment property has long term tenants of which are renting at below market value through a property management agent located on the Gold Coast. In the beginning of the process it was weird as I had to do a lot of effort to talk to the agent. As I found it difficult I went personally to the agency, where no one was available to talk to me and then the front desk girl gave a wrong information about the property I was interested in. Base on that, I decided not proceeding with that property. I just returned to the process many weeks later as another person (not from the agency) gave me the correct information about the property. From that point, the process flew through and we had a great support from the agent.
