I have been using Harcourts Northlakes since 2014 and will not be changing anytime soon. Everything has been made super easy and I do not have to worry about my investment properties while in their hands. The property report are detailed and I have had no trouble with any of the tenants they have selected. Communication is everything when using a property manager and they have it covered. Kellie Barton has been our property manager for over 1.5 decades. She guides and brings in good tenants. I know the market has been good for landlords recently after many years of stagnation but she suggested we refurbish our house which we did for a better rental income. We have now got even better rent than anticipated.

Like the heading suggests, we were searching for a new rental home for 7 months, getting unsuccessful letters nearly every day. We applied for our current property and harcourts has us inspect the house and we had an answer within a few hours ! It was 7 months worth of waiting solved in less than 24 hours because they were so diligent with getting us to inspect, approved, and signing all our documents. We had moved by the end of the week. With the current rental market like it is, I highly suggest harcourts north lakes if you’re struggling as they are super quick and very caring through the whole thing, with good houses that won’t send you broke !

This review is not reflective of Harcourts as a whole, this is my second consecutive property with them the first was very good and and my property manager was wonderful and I cannot speak highly enough of Monique. Regrettably this experience thus far with my current property manager is as the headline suggests. To avoid what may come across as a scathing review of this person I will score things 1-5 (1 being the worst) Professionalism - 1 Communication - 1 Knowledge - 1 Urgency - 1 I do not like to write negative reviews but after only 3 weeks I have nothing positive to say.

Kellie and her Team have looked after our property for the last nine years. They have always been so professional, caring, friendly and their communication with us is great. Their attention to detail with what we require makes them stand out. If there is any problems they are on the ball and we are notified straight away. Our three monthly update with photo's ensures our property is their priority too. We wouldn't use anyone else and can't recommend them more highly to any landlord.
