After meeting Donna a couple of years ago looking to buy a property she had listed and unfortunately not going through but seeing her integrity and willingness to work around our busy schedule we decided to intrust her to sell one of our investment properties. From the initial meeting Donna & Trevor was organised inclusive of what results we wanted and up front with any set backs. The property was sent to auction and although I was nervous they assured me its the best option for my property. Boy were they right!! come auction night I had 2 registered bidders and at least 4 other "buyers" that couldn't bid under auction conditions in attendance. I passed in the property as it had not hit my reserve even with the negotiations. The whole Harcourts team got to work with the other conditional buyers and about an hour later we had 3 offers and shortly after a contract signed nearly $50k over the passed in amount. During the conditional process through to settlement I was kept well informed with everything and settlement was even moved forward. Donna & Trevor are a great team and get results.

Terrible experience with Donna, we would never recommend her to anyone. When she tells you “I’m not just one of those typical real estate agents”, don’t believe her because that’s all she is. She will tell you want you want to hear. In our case she worked for the buyer rather than us, the sellers, the ones who paid her a ridiculous amount of commission. She made up multiple lies. She tried to make us feel bad for the buyer and begged us to give him early access numerous times as he had “no where to live or store his furniture” because settlement was pushed back because our “cash” contract was now waiting on him to take out a mortgage! She even went to the extent of contacting our solicitor and demanding her settlement letter as she had received the other sides settlement letter and the buyer wanted access to the property, our solicitor contacted the other side to find out she was lying and in fact they hadn’t sent anything to her, they were still waiting on the link to work for the property to settle! My husband always had a funny feeling about her and never wanted to trust her, but stupid me fell into her stories and lies, it was too late to back out after I started to see her true colours shine through. She also uses a bullying tactic when it comes to buyers and sellers. In our opinion she was very unprofessional and unethical.
