What a worker, never gave up and always kept us informed on what was happening every day. Got the job done when no one else could do it. As a sales department I could not recommend Harcourts Real Estate sales department any higher. As far as their property rental department went, our experience was dire. The manager was rude, thoughtless and we were sure did not have the word apologise or sorry in their vocabulary. She was quite inept in her position, so perhaps that explains her negativity.
