Steve was selected as sales agent firstly due to genuineness. I recoil at the first sign of any traits of snake oil salesmen, pressure-techniques or insincerity and none seemed present with Steve. Secondly due to results of comparisons of proposed strategies to achieve the highest price with two other very experienced competing sales agents on the peninsula. Thirdly due to his willingness to arrange quickly for necessary refurbishment of property prior to sale, which assisted greatly as I live a long way away. It is our first time buying in Queensland and there are some very distinct differences to the Victorian market.
