Great Agent
Judi is a great real estate agent. She was very helpful, always sounded happy, and always kept us updated on the progress of the sale by phone. An agent that gets results!
I highly recommend Steve as a genuine credible agent that has a fantastic in depth knowledge of the Redcliffe region. In the recent purchase Steve listened to exactly what it was that i was looking for and was able to find a property that fitted my criteria, and connected myself and the seller to negotiate a great buy that both myself and the seller walked away with smiles on our faces. What i like most about Steve is that he is down to earth and understands the sellers and buyers needs, and connects the two together without the games that some agents play. I highly recommend Steve.

Honest AND high negotiation skills, HARD WORKER
Steve listed and sold our property in Redcliffe in under 14 days. In fact it may have been 10 days. Not only was the sale price achieved but the process of communication, honesty coupled with a firm strategy was impeccable. I am a real estate agent myself with 26 years experience in sales; far, far away from Redcliffe, so I know a good, honest, strategic, transparent agent with integrity and skill sets for the task when I interact with one. Steve is not just a real estate principal or sales agent, he is different. He is organised, communicable, logical, generous, polite and respectful and it is clear that real estate motivates him and his passion for clients and customers is not only rare these days, it is genuine to the very end. I wanted my house sold. I didn't want to price myself out of the market and I didn't want to under sell it either. Steve found the buyer and enabled me to sell my home at a solid price, with no stress, no pitches, no false promises: just did what he was paid to do and knows how to do it and did it flawlessly. It was an investment property and Steve ensured the tenants felt supported, involved and respected. Overall, I would appoint Steve to sell another home and I will use him to do so. I have already recommended him to friends, family and clients who wish to sell and buy in Redcliffe and surrounding areas where I grew up. It can be tempting to choose an agent who offers the lowest commission and cuts corners in every direction, however Steve's commission is fair, competitive and worth every single cent. His attitude and attention to detail, knowledge and personality is what a lot of sales agents are lacking. It isn't always the house that sells itself. It IS the agent and their business platform and network and personality that sets the stage; every time. Steve is a breath of fresh air at a time where choices are endless. Fantastic agent
We found Steve and Grant very up front,knowledgeable,friendly and they made us feel at ease about everything to do with the sale of our family home. Professional and great level of communication

Fantastic Agent
Steve was awesome from the very first phone call I made to him to the end of a very quick and stress free property sale. He was honest and straight forward with the current real estate market and what was a real price bracket for our property. He responded promptly with a thorough market research analysis and gave us the best feel for how we should market our property and what our target market would be. Steve helped us achieve a real $25K increase in value from another agent we tried selling with before. We couldn't be happier with the result Steve achieved and what a difference a switched on professional agent can make to the selling process.
