I had already had one company give me a price on my property, and l wasn't impressed with the way they handled themselves. Daniel and Jared arrived, and made me feel completely at ease, l have two small dogs l was worried about them wanting to be all over them, but it was like having friends over for coffee. They sat down and spent over an hour going over everything with me. Making sure l understood everything, asking me questions so they could offer me the right package. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and very understanding. The one thing that stood out for me was they want to make sure you get what suits you, not what's going to get them the quick sale. They have both worked tirelessly from day one and have been with me every step off the way. Ming was very prompt in providing updates to ensure a smooth transition in purchasing the property. However, the only factor that lowered my score was that due to the property being a corner property I was not informed at the time of purchasing the property that a permit may be required to move the side fence closer to the road and to build a front fence.
