The team at Harcourts, namely Patrick Kelly, had been working with me for a few years now since early 2020 and the rise of the global pandemic. With the separation and eventual divorce from my ex-husband, the team patiently waited and gave advice during the ordeal until finally a settlement was reached in regards to the property. The house was finally put on the market when the courts finalised a settlement and was swiftly sold after 2 attempts at finding a buyer. Sadly due to the market fluctuations and interest rate increases twice in a short span of time during the middle of 2022, we were not able to get the price we had hoped for during the 2021 year, however due to the circumstances and the wait for settlement there was little else that could be done. Harcourts did all they good to find a buyer and quickly to finally put this chapter of my life behind me and start a new chapter since leaving Australia and living in the USA. The team continue to work with me to finalise the details of the settlement and organise for donation of left over assets and disposal of items not fit for donation since I'm unable to organise it myself while living in the US.
