Daniel Farrugia is an excellent agent who we originally met when looking for an investment property. He did not sell us the house we bought but impressed me with his knowledge of the market and was not pushy. We contacted Daniel when we wanted an appraisal and then contacted him again when we were ready to sell. He did not push us to sell and his pricing was spot on, in fact he managed to get us $10,000 more than we would have accepted. His advise on potential purchasers was also invaluable and we ended up accepting a good price within a week of putting it on the market. We will ask Daniel to sell our other investment properties, without hesitation, when the time comes and definitely recommend this real estate agent.

Ming is on Chris Zhang's team and he ended up being the one who sold my unit. The team has a great can-do attitude and both Chris and Ming were always contactable to address any issues I had. I have given 4 stars because it sold for less than I was estimated, but also there were other factors like timing (lockdown ended just after campaign started so more houses came on the market).
