Being a first home buyer can be extremely intimidating, you meet so many agents, go to multiple inspections and constantly worry if you’re making the right decision. I originally bought my home from Ming during the pandemic and as a buyer found his service brilliant. This time as a seller, I went against my gut instinct, listened to a friends referral who had just sold their house and listed with O'Brien in Cranbourne. Fast forward 3.5 months of O'Briens over promising, under delivering, blatant false truths, no open inspections and paying $3k+ for marketing with no results- I humbly went back to Ming and asked his help. 2.5 WEEKS of having the listing and my place was sold for the exact amount I was wanting! He had interested buyers ready to inspect before the place was advertised and the day it went live online, he was walking people through for inspections. He had multiple showings throughout the first week- kept me informed of every person that came through and had an offer in the second week. There was no fuss, he was pleasant and easy to deal with, he knew the area well, he also knew my property better than I did and he got a result in 2.5 weeks. The best part is that he was capable and did all of this despite me living interstate the entire time! I would recommend Ming 1 million times over and have learnt my lesson- don't go against your gut instinct- list with Ming.

Daniel Farrugia is an excellent agent who we originally met when looking for an investment property. He did not sell us the house we bought but impressed me with his knowledge of the market and was not pushy. We contacted Daniel when we wanted an appraisal and then contacted him again when we were ready to sell. He did not push us to sell and his pricing was spot on, in fact he managed to get us $10,000 more than we would have accepted. His advise on potential purchasers was also invaluable and we ended up accepting a good price within a week of putting it on the market.
