Ming is an excellent real estate agent. He helped me throughout the entire journey from start to finish. I at times got busy and lazy, but Ming was always on point with timely follow ups and persistent with keeping me updated with the status of offer/s I had placed and with liaising with the solicitors and brokers. Ming was never forceful and perfectly understood the time constraints I had and worked around my schedule. 6 am or 9 pm, he was always there. Ming is also extremely knowledgeable and knows his properties and the market. He will also help with negotiations and is quite good at it as well. A very pleasant experience overall. I would highly recommend using Ming for your next property - buying or selling.

Have had only a few interactions with Ming and the team at Harcourts as that's all it needed, due to the quick sale of the property. I was surprised by the efforts put into the sale due to the Covid-19 and the uncertainty around it with restrictions and limiting inspections day.
