Daniel was recommend to me by an associate as being very reputable. After dealing with him and he's team I cannot praise him enough. Having sub divided I went through 3 agents( unable to even present me with an offer over the course of an 8 month period) trying without success to sell the vacant land component of the property. Daniel was more than happy to take on the sale. After an honest conversation and transparent appraisal. I knew where I stood. Within 2 weeks I had multiple offers on the table. And a sale proceeding. I cannot speak more highly of him and he's ability to market a property and facilitate a sale. He's knowledge of he's stock and the current market is commendable.

My partner and I were first home buyers, liked the property we checked out with Ming Wang, he told us that the reason things weren't 100% fixed was the seller was in the middle of finishing renovations, we believed him as you know he is the real estate agent and we were first home buyers, he all but shoved the paperwork for us to sign in our faces when we put in an offer, once we signed (stupid mistake on our behalf) we took it to our conveyancer who pointed out that the whole thing was out of date, the section 42 was from when the SELLER bought the house so none of the information was correct, told Ming we wanted an up-to date Section 42 Final inspection day came, we went to our final inspection and low and behold only two things had been fixed out of all the things Ming told us would be fixed, we discuss this with him and he told us that all those things will be fixed before settlement, we being the naïve silly first home buyers we were believed him (another huge mistake) settlement happens, we have had no contact from Ming that the issues weren't fixed so assumed that it was all sorted and fixed. We picked up the keys that afternoon, drove right to our new property and walked in the door, straight away noticed NONE of the issues meant to be fixed have been fix in fact some items have even been damaged more and WORSE items have been TAKEN from the house, After over a month of back and forth with Ming we finally got SOME of the stolen property back but have not gotten any sort of compensation which I believe we should be entitled to as HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB! All Ming had to do was go to the property once the keys were handed to him AND CHECK THE WORK WAS DONE! He even told us he didn't check in a phone conversation, I even have phone recordings of everything he said should have been fixed that wasnt! DO NOT TRUST MING WANG OR HARCOURTS IN DANDENONG! STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET FOR THEIR MISTAKES!
