Right from the first phone call we were impressed with Daniel. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest with us about where the market was at and the time it might take to sell. He persisted in regularly taking people through even after a few months on the market, and regularly updated us with where things were at. His commission was lower than the other agents we initially made inquiries with. When we did get a buyer, he negotiated a good price. We were extremely happy with Daniel and will definitely be going straight back to him in the future if we need to buy or sell property.
