In addition to his professionalism he was also very pleasant to deal with as he always offered a calm and relaxed demeanor and as such minimized any additional stress or hassles that may have compromised our experience, particularly as this was our first home purchase. This is the second time I have selected Harcourts Dapto to sell my home. This sale certainly tested Michaels skills and professionalism. I got him to list the property a month before the Christmas slow down period. The new year arrives and then COVID hit.
