Great until he wasn’t

Jarath was great to begin with and someone we trusted. He was flexible in organising several viewings and kept us up to date throughout the process. However, he led us on into thinking that several things in the house were working when they weren’t and allowed the previous owners to be there during the final inspection which was incredibly awkward. He either blatantly lied about these things working when he knew otherwise, or didn’t do his job properly as he specifically advised these as working in his advertisement. We have also discovered several other issues which were glossed over. We are first home buyers and trusted him but have learned our lesson.
