Jarath is a really good communicator who explained the process of the sale of my home from start to finish. He patiently answered all questions and helped me anytime I needed. He engaged with all people that came through the house and maintained contact with interested parties so they could be advised of the status of my home at all times. He was honest and upfront not only with me but also with all people who enquired about my home. He worked hard in trying to ensure the first buyer proceeded in a timely manner however even though he was getting the run around by them he still maintained his faith that it would work out. Even though the sale fell through he went into double time and went through his contacts and found that some of his contacts were still interested and he was able to secure another buyer really quickly who went through with the purchase and is now the owner of my home. If it wasn't for his tenacity and perseverance I would be in a different situation. He really does have your back and is a great agent to have on your side. Even though the timing of the sale was not really on my side Jarath still maintained his positivity and was able to work miracles within this climate to get the results we did. I am absolutely impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
