10/10 service by Ryan. Most trusted and great knowledge about the industry.

Initially I started my journey thinking I didn’t need a real estate agent where it started only to see what offers I might be able to get for my property. Ryan reached out to check in with me to see how my post was going. Once we discussed numbers with me he opened up the platform to offers and ended up getting us a deal much higher than expected thanks to his connections and communication. I everything from start to finish was super smooth. We put the property for sale on the 19th nov and settlement was done by the 12 of December. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed for settlement however as I was away on a trip Ryan made it a point to take full ownership and have all the work done so that settlement could proceed. He found mechanics and got it done. I definitely recommend Ryan to all! He is genuine and a great person that gets the job done. Thank you Ryan for all your hard work.

Amazing service

Ryan and the team are supportive, caring and assisting with selling my Dads' house promptly and efficiently when he went into Residential Care. There was a lot of work and Ryan was supportive and talked us through all the steps required to sell the property. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was simple and effective. This is the second property that Ryan has sold for me, I would not hesitate to recommend him or sell another property with him and team. Thanks so much.
