My experience was, I got a good price BUT attention to detail lacking, communication poor, ability to solve problems poor, eg find solution to counter the issues raised in a negative property report, resulting in a very stressful experience. Selling my last property I received a gift box . Obvious my 10,000.00 commission on this property dosn't warrant even a 10 dollar bottle of wine. Small detail but token of good faith.
