Born and raised in George Town, Rachael knows the region inside out and loves the peaceful lifestyle it offers. With 9 years experience as a part of the Harcourts East Tamar family, Rachael loves helping her clients achieve awesome outcomes over the long term! Rachael is passionate about Property Management, having started her career as a Trainee in the office she quickly discovered her love of property management (yes, she is a rare breed!). Having risen through the ranks and deservingly so, based on her outstanding performance, and after studying her Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) not only is Rachael the head of Property Management at Harcourts East Tamar but she is also the Agency Licensee and Director, an amazing achievement. Rach is also an award winning property manager, often in the top 3 property managers for Harcourts in Tasmania and ranked 6th in Harcourts across Australia, which is an amazing result for a small regional area in Tassie. Having dedicated her life to the East Tamar community and real estate there are not many who know more about property management than Rachael. With an eye for detail, an understanding of the critical importance of communication and getting to know her clients, and understanding their goals, Rachael is able to build strong, long term relationships. While Rach loves her work, she is also an active member of our local community, volunteering regularly with Relay for Life & fundraising for the Cancer Council. She also enjoys exploring the region and spending time with friends, family, and her golden cocker spaniel Arlo, as well as Booma a beautiful blue-eyed Australia Sheppard/Border Collie!
