Very quick contract

Friendly service
Thankyou to David for negotiating with the vendor!We were at our maximum (budget wise) and the only offer put forward so no competition, compared to Launceston region. We love out new home and have many improvements planned. I have purchased two properties with Harcourts in the past 4 years and its a fantastic company to deal with.
