I rang he answered as a first time seller he was there when i needed a question answered he would do his best to answer my questions. Very easy to talk to and has a very approachable personality. Dave is hands down the best sales agent I have ever dealt with as a buyer. Having purchased multiple investment properties across several states, I can say this experience was truly exceptional. Dave is incredibly responsive, possesses deep local market knowledge, and is always ready to assist. After I missed out on a couple of properties, Dave kept me updated on upcoming listings until we found the right one. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with David and the team. It was a long process over six months with dealing with my mother's house. From getting the evaluation and from his team helping out with trades and getting the house into pristine condition. Even tho with the estate taking a while getting on the market. I got weekly updates and help me though the whole process and stress though the whole thing. Especially living interstate it was very hard but David and his team made it easy. Very trust worthy.
