Couldn't be happier
We listed our property in June, and it sold on the 3rd inspection for the price we wanted. Hazem and Reem, are amazing and I could not be happier with the outcome. Fabulous Team at HArcourts Northgate SA.

Hazem did a great job selling our property, it sold quickly with a price we were very happy with. The house was listed previously with another agent with no results for 5 months. Very good experience. Agent had good communication with me throughout the process, followed REISA codes (therefore no surprises with the paperwork), flexible with requests for inspections and was never pushy.

Fantastic Service
Thank you so much for all of your help and advice when purchasing our first home. You made the process very easy and explained all of the technical jargon in a way that we could easily understand. I would also highly recommend you to sell my property as I saw the hard work you put in for the owner. Also the only agent that I know who is more then happy to do open inspections on both a sat and sun to capture all of the market

very reliable agent
Hazem has sold a few properties for us recently. Hazem conducts himself in a very professional manner and is highly approachable and efficient in his work. Also, he is honest and has a lot of integrity and works very hard to get the best outcome for his vendor. Recently I have tried contacting some real estate agents regarding properties to purchase and to my surprise, some don't even bother to reply and their listed properties stayed long on the market. That will never be the case with Hazem, thank you for a great effort.

Hazem was great. He kept us in the loop at every point of the way. We asked Hazem to help us sell our land, and even though the market was slow towards the beginning of the year, Hazem was confident it would pick up, and pick up it did! In the end, he was able to sell the land for us by the deadline we gave him, for a price that we are very happy with. But more than that, he continued to keep in contact with us even after the sale to make sure that everything was ok. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hazem to anyone who wants to sell their home/land.
