House hunting starts and ends with ben!!!!
Ben is an absolute legend. Thanks to him, we’re now living in our amazing house in Scarborough — and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first chat, Ben just got what we were after. He made the whole process feel easy, stress-free, and even fun (who knew buying a house could be fun?!). Ben was always one step ahead — super organised, always happy to answer our 500 questions, and never once made us feel like a hassle. He went above and beyond more than once (including letting the furniture delivery guys in on settlement day!). Nothing was too hard, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of it all. If you’re looking for someone who’s friendly, professional, knows his stuff and actually cares, Ben is your guy. We still can’t believe this place is ours — and we have Ben to thank for that. 10/10, would buy a house with Ben again (but we’re never moving because we love this one too much!).
