I’ve been watching Adrian on the real estate . com website for a few years now, I’ve noticed for a while that he is able to achieve great results for his sellers. When the time came for selling my apartment I reached out to Adrian, he was quick, polite, attentive and had the right intentions from start to finish. Outstanding Personal Service
Adrian was incredibly helpful throughout our purchase. He went out of his way to assist us us with follow up queries, his market knowledge was outstanding and he always communicated himself ( not via a handball to an unknown team member) in a very timely manner. When viewing the property we were never rushed, and he took the time to make sure we could thoroughly explore all aspects over different levels ( roof top areas to basement storage). Adrian presented professionally and honestly & was a wonderful representative for the seller. He was on time ( early) for our follow up inspection and again went out of his way to be helpful, even assisting with measuring areas 😀. We had some queries that were outside his remit and he always directed us to the right person / company & provided contact details. As a buyer, Adrian was the most helpful agent we have worked with ( out of many!) and I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through him in future.
