Spoke to Ben on and off for some time when trying to find a home and was helpful, always had plenty coming up and was very knowledgeable on the area. Ended up securing a property through him which we will also be subdividing in the future, Ben will very likely be our selling agent on this as I’ve seen him work, know he’s a good agent and a pleasure to work with. Rather than repeat what so many before us have already said however, we wanted to emphasise the significant and lasting effect Ben had on us - two sisters facing the difficult and very emotional decision to sell the family home of 30+ years, after the loss of our father. Not only were we clueless about how to sell a house, we were still a little internally conflicted, emotionally overwhelmed, and… exhausted. Just trying to choose an agent was almost too hard.
