This was the first time I had ever sold property so it was a scary thing to do at times. It was also the first farm sale for Daniel so he was uncertain what the final result could be. Daniel was very enthusiastic and eager to do the best he could with the sale, He was always contactable even well after hours, open, approachable and 100% honest. He was well organised and went about it all in a methodical way with not only the sale of the farm but also the clearing sale. I marked him down one star for negotiation as he didn't really need to do any of this cause of the process used to sell the property, and market knowledge also down as stated it his first sale of a rural property. Daniel's personality, presentation and professionalism made the sale of the family farm less stressful, and run smoothly from stat to finish. He was also willing to get involved hands on with the setting out and up of the clearing sale. His use of photography was of high quality and presented the property well. As did his flyer of the layout of the farm with all the info. If I was to sell property in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Daniel's expertise again and even if I was to buy property I would use him.
