Dealing with Harcourts has been a very easy process, which was very handy as someone new to renting. They were quick to keep me in the loop regarding viewing times and were very honest about the property they were showing me. They were very quick to have all the paperwork sorted and am glad they were so helpful in this new chapter in my life.

Dear Andrew, I would like to thank you for renting out our property so quickly. Your advice has been honest, professional, and productive. Your response time is very prompt. In addition, you have tried your best to help us rectify a lot of issues — something I find hard to come by with other agents. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you again. Best regards,

I am happy to say that the rental process went very quickly, and I was able to secure the date I wanted with the owner through the real estate agent. I received the keys on the day I was supposed to take possession, and before moving in, I requested a pest control inspection. The real estate agent arranged this for me, and someone came to do the pest control before I moved in, which made everything much easier for me
