I am happy to say that the rental process went very quickly, and I was able to secure the date I wanted with the owner through the real estate agent. I received the keys on the day I was supposed to take possession, and before moving in, I requested a pest control inspection. The real estate agent arranged this for me, and someone came to do the pest control before I moved in, which made everything much easier for me
