Extremely Disappointed with Harcourt Exclusive’s Lack of Support
I am extremely disappointed with the property management team at Harcourt Exclusive, who manage 6-16 Hargraves Street, Gosford. It has been more than two weeks since I first raised some repair issues, yet they remain unresolved despite multiple email reminders. The agent handling my concerns has been neither friendly nor empathetic, making the experience even more frustrating. As a tenant, I expect at least a basic level of responsiveness and professionalism, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. Having rented with other agencies before, I have never encountered such poor treatment. I sincerely hope they improve their responsiveness and show more empathy towards tenants.

I understand you raised concern that there was no hot water in your property and that it would take 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive - we note you live in a complex of 120 units. Whilst we appreciate your concern we troubleshooted the matter with you which was unsuccessful. The landlord attended the property to conclude that you were looking for extreme hot water rather than regulated hot water which is compliant under the Australian BCA.
We conclude, that your property does have hot water which is compliant under the residential tenancy agreement. We hope this response addresses your concern and that this does not reflect negatively on Harcourts Exclusive
