•Right from our first meeting with Barry, my wife and I knew he was the man to do the job. His empathy, knowledge and integrity were quite evident. He and the Hardcourts principal, Andrew Magro gave an honest appraisal of our property and we established a realistic asking price. Together we were guided through the current marketing strategies; as it had been 35 years since we last entered buying and selling in the housing game. This included how to best present our home for sale and up-to-date methods to market and get the best price. The marketing included their strategy, and timeline, for photographs, open homes, and buyer feedback gleaned from these open homes. At every step along the way Barry would ring and keep us informed as to the interest of prospective buyers and criticisms of those who looked and were not interested. Although our house was due to be auctioned it sold before auction (within 18 days of initial wide-circuit advertising). This was due to Barry working so hard behind the scenes. I honestly believe that despite his cool exterior Barry was 'paddling hard under the water' to achieve the best price for our property. Despite securing the sale of our house in Carlingford, Barry was still supporting us through the smooth transition to our new property on the South Coast of NSW.
