Professional and fair- a trusted agent for buyers and sellers.

I recently purchased a property through Andrew Magro, who was acting for the vendor, and found him to be consistently professional, calm and easy to deal with throughout a very challenging transaction. His communication was always clear and timely, and he took the time to explain each step of the process, so I knew exactly where things stood at all times. Despite some difficult moments, he remained firm while still being respectful to all parties, and stayed focused on getting the deal done fairly. In a market plagued by current uncertainty, Barry guided us through it with ease and humour.

There wasn’t a moment Barry wasn’t available, even on his days off. Gladly answering every question from us whether mundane or not. We were constantly kept up to date and I could not fault the professionalism and knowledge Barry showed through his “never say die” attitude. His market knowledge was impressive and he always told it like it was, no sugar-coating which we were gratefully appreciative of. The marketing campaign was held with the utmost enthusiasm and professionalism and we were updated a number of times each week. Our situation was unusual being 3 vendors involved and Barry handled it with great professionalism.
