Wonderful Agent!

We first met Andrew Magro from Harcourts at least 12 months ago when we first started researching sales of properties in the area. We instantly took a shine to Andrew as he was relaxed, interested, friendly, but not at all pushy. We explained to him where we were at, just looking at the market but not yet ready to sell. Andrew acknowledged this, but offered to come around for a chat. We did this, and were met with a guy who was interested, knowledgeable and helpful. We saw Andrew a few times over the next few weeks as we attended auctions in the area. We were impressed with this young man. Over the next few months, we received a few calls from Andrew, not pushy, just following us up and offering his assistance. We liked his style! when we were ready we made that call and Andrew happily came to our assistance. He offered us friendly advice and we were happy to sign him up as our agent. Along the way, all I can say is that when Andrew was on the phone, he put a smile on my face and reassured us, as selling your house after 18 years is quite daunting. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew and what you saw was what you got. He assisted in obtaining trades people to help us tidy up our property for sale and ensured he was there the day they came to do the job. He checked up on everything! Auction day came and we were nervous. Andrew of course relaxed us and we were smiling again! The auction itself was daunting, and while it did not go as good as we expected initially, we received a great outcome through Andrew's negotiation with the interested buyer. I would recommend Harcourts, Andrew, Diane and the team, as they were always professional, easy to deal with and very comforting when you needed to be comforted!! Andrew is a very like-able character and we were very happy with our choice to deal with this confident and professional guy. Thanks Harcourts!!
