Local agent in Wheelers Hill Victoria
We have recently had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with a local real estate agent by the name of Stan Parker with Harcourts. Stan was pleasant and professional and kept us informed of the process of purchasing a house as we went. He was beside us on Auction day and helped us with any questions we had and made us feel very informed. We felt very comfortable and confident with Stan and are grateful for his expert advise. Dissappointly after buying at auction we felt let down when signing papers that there was a lack of enthusiasm by both vendor family and other Harcourt staff... but thankfully Stan was a friendly face and supported us at a very uncomfortable time.

A great result when selling with Martin!
Martin has been in fantastic in the sale of our house. He was upfront about what price we could get for our house from the start. As we are on the main road, our house was a bit tricky to sell. Martin gave us feedback from the buyers so we had a realistic idea of what we might get on auction day. After an offer and again Martin gave us his honest opinion we decided to take his advice and accept the offer. Martin was never pushy like some agents, he gave us information and then let us decide what we wanted to do. I liked how he wasn’t pushy at all!

Very adjustable agent
