More than another agent
I've known Nick for over a decade, he started off as the agent who was looking after the purchase of an investment property. The property may have been a disaster but my involvement with Nick definitely wasn't. Over the years he has become a friend, someone I trust, is a person of honesty and integrity. Great experience with Nick I couldn't do it without his help.
Is not an easy task to achieve this process it needs full commitment to do it. Also working with Nick was magnificent and finally got my house. Communication with Nick was good and sometimes I call him if I need help and he was there helping me out.

Nick has quite good market knowledge and experience. Advised on property pricing, type of buyers in area. He kept me up to date on who was making an enquiry or inspecting the property. Usually available on phone or got back to me quickly when I called. Let me know when things were slow or busy. Overall, he did a fairly impressive job in advertising and selling my property.
