I can't recommend Barry highly enough. Even through drought and covid when things were slow Barry made a point of ringing personal and updating on any enquires he had had for our acreage. He was also excellent during negotiations when we're lucky enough to have 2 interested parties. Keeping us informed personally of progress and gaining a price we were happy with.

I had contacted Marc some months earlier and made an offer. He contacted the vendors and advised me quickly of their response. i again contacted him and readily agreed to take me to the property, which was over 3 hours round trip. once there he showed me over the property and was able to answer all my questions; he had a thorough knowledge of the property. he quickly took my offer to the vendors, which was accepted. once we exchanged contracts, Marc still agreed to be my agent to have rubbish removed from the property and agreed to meet me there to show me further around the property. this to me was what separated Marc from some other agents i've dealt with in the past
