My wife and I have bought and sold dozens of properties over the years and we always knew this was going to be a challenging one. Marc was honest in his appraisal (we had slightly higher expectations) knowledgeable in his field, honest with his opinions and always kept us up to date. I my opinion Marc went over and above on the sale of our property he had challengers from local planning authorities, banks and a softening market and he answered every question put to him.
