Barry handled everything about selling my Aunt's property just as I would have wished. I live interstate and Barry very willingly undertook many little jobs on my behalf that would have been large jobs and difficult for me to do from afar. That included interaction with the Council about swimming pool and sewerage certification, small repairs around the house, cleaning and preparation for display.
