The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.

I don’t feel like they are always on top of matters. Recently I had a tenant not pay rent for extended period and it took them some time to take action. The rent payment system is poor too, the statement says one thing and I end up receiving less and every time I ask they say something about funds clearing. Very hard to track.

The agent should remember at all times who the landlord is and listen/read and try to understand their requests/ instructions and never to assume what they are not sure of. Ask for clarification if it is not clear to avoid uneccessary misunderstanding. Once we established this all was well and thank you for such prompt occupation of our home.
