On April 17, 2023 we joined the Harcourts family after 23 years of being a part of another franchise, with the opening of two new offices: Harcourts Greater Springfield - Augustine Heights, and Harcourts Redbank Plains – Great Ripley; known collectively as Harcourts Greater Springfield Group. The decision to move over to Harcourts was an easy one, as Harcourts values are in line with the way we like to operate our successful real estate business. “Real estate should not be about us, it's about our city, it's about values and most of all about how we as a business owners can assist our team to better serve our community.” “We are profoundly honoured to have joined the Harcourts Group with two new offices, one in Augustine Heights and the other in Redbank Plains so we can better service the rapidly growing Greater Springfield and Greater Ripley regions in southeast Queensland.” “The area has experienced some of the most rapid growth in the country, and we are confident this is only going to continue over the coming years.” I would like to highlight that “our team consists of established real estate professionals who have operated throughout this area for many years. Being competitive runs deep in their family; our daughter Janis is a former Australian gymnastics champion and has now followed in our footsteps joining the family business in 2022. Our son Joshua is also someone who is driven by competition, and since 2016 has been playing professional football in Asia, currently having a stellar season in the Thailand premier league. After spending 10+ years in Property Management I decided to move into selling real estate. This wealth of knowledge and experience in Properties, Property Maintenance, Customer care and organisation has helped me to become a strong Real Estate Agent in what is fast becoming a very tough market. Originally from the Philippines, I came to Australia at 6 years of age where I was raised in Camira (before Springfield existed). A big transition as a child was having to learn English and attend the local schools and because of this I became quite resilient which made me the woman I am today. My Tagalog is acceptable but English is my main language. As a family we have quite a broad range of hobbies including, Camping, Hiking, Boating, Kayaking, 4wding etc. Our highlight although many is our 4wding adventure to Cape York in 2016. I have owned, built and renovated properties in Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Jamboree Heights, Redbank Plains and Forest Lake. Excellent Communicator

I believe we lucked out with Jodie. We were in the market for our first home and of course everyone is working for the seller - and you feel it. However, with Jodie we were never made to feel that way. Any concerns were immediately addressed, and Jodie remained calm and unphased by any small hurdles we had. I would highly recommend Jodie to both seller and buyer and wouldn't hesitate to use her if we were to sell or buy in the future. Your property and the buyers are in good hands.

Excellence from day 1

I first met Adam and Lise almost 14 years ago when I was selling my property. From the first interaction Adam was kind and very informative & Lise warm and extremely supportive. Though out the last 14 years I have had the pleasure of having them not only sell my property but purchase my other.
