Bill appeared to be 'on the ball'. He used his knowledge of the market well which was reflected by the outcome. He appeared to be able to 'read' potential buyers and therefore guide the whole process. He presented himself as someone who was very easy to talk to. He knew what to do when matters were raised by potential buyers, and this removed an amount of stress from the whole process.

I believe we lucked out with Jodie. We were in the market for our first home and of course everyone is working for the seller - and you feel it. However, with Jodie we were never made to feel that way. Any concerns were immediately addressed, and Jodie remained calm and unphased by any small hurdles we had.
