True to his estimation our property sold within the price range which we were very happy with. The important thing is also the time frame it sold and true enough is within the guideline given by Jason. What I can say is that Jason and John his counterpart is few and far between the sea of real-estate agents.

I am so thank ful I was referred to Rudy by my local estate agent. Selling a house is hard enough but doing it from another state is scary, as soon as I spoke to Rudy I felt confident in him and his ability to sell quickly, and he did, in good time. I expectated it to take weeks, he understood our delimer kept in mind . He kept me up to date constantly, I never had to ring to see how were going.
