Shad was friendly, efficient and very professional from day one. He made sure that we understood the process from the beginning and helped and advised along the way. I could call or message him at any time and he always replied. His knowledge about the industry is superb. When it came time for the open home, he updated us on regular intervals and always made sure we knew what was happening and what the next steps will be. You always hear horror stories about real estate agents and the dodgy practices. Shad single handedly changed my view of this. Would deal with him again and again. Cannot recommend him enough!
