Selling through Covid was challenging. Our first open home was cancelled due to Covid. Shad was consistently motivated and positive in getting me the best price and he and the Harcourts Team were quick to think of ways to respond to the challenging times. Choosing Shad was not challenging. We had at least 6 agents from the area come out and speak to us. Shad brought an energy and reassurance which instilled confidence with us. His local knowledge and volume of clients was extensive and he quickly had an army of people working for us to give us the best sale possible. The sale of our house experienced some speed bumps (nothing to do with Shad or the agency). My partner and I were quite shaken that we may have to settle for a price we weren't happy with. Shad remained steely confident and reassured us the whole way we would get a price we were happy with. He worked incredibly hard (literally day and night) and we achieved a price BETTER than we were hoping for. Couldn't thank him enough for helping jump-start the next chapter in our lives.
