To help me with the difficult decision as to which agency I gave my property to for sale, I researched the internet looking for reviews on local agents. Shad and his team had a large number of favourable reviews and success in the Rouse Hill Area so decided to give them a go. I was not disappointed, Shad's knowledge of the market was spot on, his marketing campaign very professional and he managed to get on average of 7 to 8 groups through each open home. Shad kept me informed of potential buyers, it was a difficult time to be selling however he found a buyer who paid a fair price in these difficult times.
