Mr Ben Vance is a very astute young man with a strong background

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ben Vance and Corrine Eastwood of Harcourts Hobart to achieve a sale on my unit. Their enthusiasm, ability and know-how were keys in gaining the sale. I also wish to compliment Harcourts on their advertisements in the Real Estate guide, the internet, and Facebook. The high quality photos are a big help. Also their general television advertisement is quite a way in front of the competition. There are 5 regular tv advertisers, and Harcourts gets the balance right with talk and photos. The other 4 companies talk a lot but don't show any action.
